Watch Your Mouth

Watch Your Mouth (Especially When You’re Alone)

Here’s something you don’t want to hear:

Your biggest problem isn’t your training.
It’s not your diet.
It’s not your age.

It’s the sh*t you say to yourself when no one’s around.

You train. You show up. You know what you’re doing.
But the moment it gets uncomfortable, you start negotiating.

“I’m tired.”
“I’ll push it next set.”
“I’ve done enough.”

And then you wonder why nothing changes.

Your mouth quits before your body does.
Every time.

That voice in your head isn’t harmless.
It’s giving instructions—and your body is following them.

Strong people don’t hype themselves up.
They don’t trash themselves either.

They shut the f*ck up and do the rep.

So here’s the rule:
If what you’re about to say makes it easier to quit—don’t say it.

No speeches.
No affirmations.
No excuses dressed up as wisdom.

Because every word you repeat is training something.
Either the version of you that finishes…
or the one that stays exactly the same.

Choose carefully.

Your body is listening. 💪🔥

Stay strong, stay positive,
